Early booking discount

Attention! The Early Bird Bonus has been increased

According to the Jubilee of our subsidiary company velotours we have increased our Early Bird Bonus!

You will receive a special early booking discount of € 40,- per person and tour for each tour that you book until 31 January, 2013.

You will receive a special early booking discount of € 30,- per person and tour for each tour that you book until 31 March, 2013.

We can grant you the discount for all tours except the Bargain tour and the Borderland tour.

Children discount

100 % discount from 0 years up to and incl. 4 years!
We do not charge the price of the trip. Optional costs for a cot and/or board will be charged by the hotelier/landlord on site respectively .

25 % discount from 5 years up to and incl. 13 years!
The discount will be deducted from the basic price of the bicycle tour and applies to accommodation in the parents’ room or two full-paying adults (max. 2 children in the 3 or 4-bed room). The children discount applies to all biking tours which are completely organized by Austria Radreisen.

We cannot always allow a children discount on bicycle tours which we carry out in collaboration with a local contractual partner. However, we will readily inform you about the conditions of the bicycle tour of your choice. A granting of the children discount will automatically forfeit any claims to other discounts (early booking discount, group discount,...).

Shared rooms

Youngsters and adults shall profit as well

10 % discount in a shared room from 14 years up and for adults!

The discount will be deducted from the basic price of the bicycle tour for an extra bed of a third/fourth person in the 3-bed/4-bed room. The discount for a shared room applies to all bicycle tours which are completely organized by Austria Radreisen. We cannot always allow a discount for a shared room on bicycle tours which we carry out in collaboration with a local contractual partner. However, we will readily inform you about the conditions of the bicycle tour of your choice. A granting of the discount for a shared room will automatically forfeit any claims to other discounts (early booking discount, group discount,...).

Group discount

6 persons and up: 3 % off the basic price of the tour
8 persons and up: 5 % off the basic price of the tour
10 persons and up: 7 % off the basic price of the tour

The discounts apply to all tours with the exception of the bargain tour and borderland tour. The group discount will be considered only if the entire management of the trip (booking, invoice, shipping of documents) is carried out by one contact partner. No discount for auxiliary services (e.g. supplementary nights, bike rental, half-board and full-board supplements, etc.).
